I always had the Rosary around me. I said the simple Rosary most of my life with no idea what I was doing. I thought I did. I didn't meditate on the mysteries because I wasn't truly aware of them. I went to Catholic school so you would think that I would have a good grip on the Rosary but I didn't. My wife is Catholic and went to Catholic school and she doesn't know how to recite it at all. The fault is ours not our Parish. I'm sure the information was there to recite it correctly. But I never took the time to learn it. Now that I have I think of all the souls I could have saved from the pain of purgatory. It pains me terribly.
It's so wonderful to share in the Rosary. It's much like the Eucharist. The joy I get from the Rosary is more than I deserve. But I'll take it. And I recite it as often as I can. Would should be all day long but I only do it daily for the most part. And alone. I urge all Christians and anyone that wishes to say the Rosary as often as possible and to learn how to say it so you get the true benefit of it. Our Lady is so wonderful in her intercession for us that we should be eager to accept Her love and help with Her Son our Lord. May God Bless you all and may the Blessed Virgin Mary hear your recitation of the Rosary and grant her intercession on your behalf to her son Jesus Christ.
