Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest, says the Lord. (Matt. 11)
Lord Jesus, your words are consoling to us who have heavy burdens to carry in life. Sometimes our burdens are related to the workplace, in our families and in our relationships with those around us. As we carry our burdens, may we place them in your hands and ask you to help us ease the pain in our lives. We ask this in your name. Amen.
