“A farmer went out to sow his seed. Some fell along the path . . . some fell on rocky ground . . . others seed fell among thorns . . . still other seed fell on good soil.” (Matthew 13)

READINGS:
1. Isaiah 55:10-11
2. Romans 8:18-23
3. Matthew 13:1-23

REFLECTION: The Word of God is his message about forgiveness and love and salvation. The Word of God is his living Presence among us. It is Jesus, his Son, whom he sent to redeem us. It is his Holy Spirit who lives in and among us, guiding and comforting.

PRAYER: Loving Father, fill us, surround us, support us, strengthen us with your Presence. May it transform us more and more into the likeness of your Son. We pray this in His Name. Amen.
