I will give you thanks among the peoples, O Lord. (Ps 57)
God our Father, today we recall the great works of St. Augustine of Canterbury. Let us remember all those who live in England. May they strive to continue the mission started by this saint and imitate the works of bringing Christ to those who do not yet know you. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
