Each office promotes family prayer especially the Rosary. This is accomplished in respect to the local traditions and customs of the countries. There are sessions on how to pray the Rosary, retreats, missions, weekly radio programs, televisions programs, contests and various other activities that assist families to pray.
In County Mayo, Ireland the Fr. Patrick Peyton Memorial Centre is located in the hometown of Fr. Peyton. Here young and old alike are called to prayer and reflection. Prepared programs are well received by pilgrims traveling on their own or with tour groups.
The spirit present in the International countries share a common goal and vision
to inspire families to pray together and to understand and embrace the value of
this time spent together. As a result, families are pledging to pray the Rosary
every day.
