Laetitia F. Rhatigan

Family Rosary
Laetitia was born in Brooklyn, New York. She holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Graduate Theological Foundation, Indiana, 1993. She is currently preparing for a licentiate of sacred theology (S.T.L.) with specialization in Mariology at the International Marian Research Institute at the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio. Laetitia holds masters degrees from Russell Sage College, Troy, New York and St. Michael’s College, Winooski, Vermont. She is a Dale Carnegie graduate and is certified by the Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. Foundation to implement a family life curriculum.
Prior to Laetitia’s coming to Family Rosary she ministered in the Albany Diocese for twenty eight years. Her ministry was teacher in Catholic schools, project director in a Catholic Charity program for pregnant adolescents and parents, director of religious education programs in rural and urban and suburban parishes. Before coming to Family Rosary, Laetitia was Pastoral Associate for Faith Formation at St. John the Evangelist Parish in Schenectady, New York.
Laetitia joined Family Rosary in 1997 as National Mission Project Director. When the worldwide headquarters of Family Rosary was moved to North Easton, Massachuetts and the name was changed to Holy Cross Family Ministries encompassing the four components of the ministry, Family Rosary, Family Rosary International, The Peyton Institute for the Family and Family Theatre, Laetitia remained in Albany as Mission Director opening a new office of Family Rosary at 16 Cornell Avenue within the Parish of Christ the King. Here she continues the presence of Father Peyton’s work begun sixty years ago in Albany. The Family Rosary Office in Albany is an integral part of Holy Cross Family Ministries.
